CENPK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CENPK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 182 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CENPK-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC00708, OR13Z1P, and KRTAP19-5. Each is linked with CENPK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPK-to-partner and partner-to-CENPK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC00708 grouped by CENPK-low versus CENPK-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPK→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
