CENPJ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CENPJ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 148 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CENPJ-associated genes across cancer lineages are C16orf92, C12orf57, and SERPINA11. Each is linked with CENPJ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPJ-to-partner and partner-to-CENPJ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C16orf92 grouped by CENPJ-low versus CENPJ-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPJ→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPJ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
