CENPH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CENPH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 281 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CENPH-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-706P, RNU6-655P, and RNU6-865P. Each is linked with CENPH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPH-to-partner and partner-to-CENPH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-706P grouped by CENPH-low versus CENPH-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPH→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
