CENPF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CENPF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 903 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CENPF-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINA11, OR1L3, and DNAAF6. Each is linked with CENPF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPF-to-partner and partner-to-CENPF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SERPINA11 grouped by CENPF-low versus CENPF-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPF→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
