CENPA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CENPA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CENPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP181, HMGN2P26, and RNA5SP401. Each is linked with CENPA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPA-to-partner and partner-to-CENPA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP181 grouped by CENPA-low versus CENPA-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
