Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CENATAC Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CENATAC data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher CENATAC Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CENATAC expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.
LGG, SCLC, and PRAD are the cancer types where CENATAC Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
