CEMP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CEMP1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 902 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEMP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF77, DPF1, and PSPC1. Each is linked with CEMP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEMP1-to-partner and partner-to-CEMP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEMP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEMP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
