CEMIP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEMIP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,094 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEMIP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TUFM, FERMT2, and RSU1. Each is linked with CEMIP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEMIP2-to-partner and partner-to-CEMIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CEMIP2 versus TUFM in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEMIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEMIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
