CEMIP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEMIP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,688 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEMIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP9, BCL2A1, and CXCL3. Each is linked with CEMIP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEMIP2-to-partner and partner-to-CEMIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CEMIP2 versus AQP9 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEMIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEMIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
