CEMIP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEMIP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,356 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEMIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MDH1, PTGES2, and NTMT1. Each is linked with CEMIP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEMIP2-to-partner and partner-to-CEMIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MDH1 grouped by CEMIP2-low versus CEMIP2-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEMIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEMIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
