CEMIP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEMIP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 58 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEMIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, JNK_pT183_Y185, and MEK1. Each is linked with CEMIP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEMIP2-to-partner and partner-to-CEMIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by CEMIP2-low versus CEMIP2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEMIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEMIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
