Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CEMIP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 194 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CEMIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFAP2D, GALP, and OR5C1. Each is linked with CEMIP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEMIP2-to-partner and partner-to-CEMIP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFAP2D grouped by CEMIP2-low versus CEMIP2-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEMIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEMIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
