CELSR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CELSR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,800 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CELSR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RTRAF, CMC2, and SNORD111B. Each is linked with CELSR3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CELSR3-to-partner and partner-to-CELSR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RTRAF grouped by CELSR3-low versus CELSR3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CELSR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CELSR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
