CELSR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CELSR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,439 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CELSR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLOD4, RPS10-NUDT3, and LINC01128. Each is linked with CELSR2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CELSR2-to-partner and partner-to-CELSR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GLOD4 grouped by CELSR2-low versus CELSR2-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CELSR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CELSR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
