Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CELF6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CELF6 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher CELF6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CELF6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
THYM, BRCA, and COAD are the cancer types where CELF6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
