CELF6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CELF6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,854 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CELF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RSKR, RNPC3, and TTLL3. Each is linked with CELF6 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CELF6-to-partner and partner-to-CELF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CELF6 versus RSKR in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CELF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CELF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
