Across TCGA patient cohorts, CELF6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,147 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CELF6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vacuolar transport, Obsolete histone methylation, and Endocytic recycling. Each is linked with CELF6 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CELF6-to-partner and partner-to-CELF6 results are reported.
