Across TCGA patient cohorts, CELF6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,321 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CELF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6859-2, NMBR-AS1, and MIR100. Each is linked with CELF6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CELF6-to-partner and partner-to-CELF6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6859-2 grouped by CELF6-low versus CELF6-high in UCEC.
