CELF6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CELF6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,501 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CELF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM73, UBAP1L, and ASIC3. Each is linked with CELF6 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CELF6-to-partner and partner-to-CELF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CELF6 versus TRIM73 in KIDNEY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CELF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CELF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
