Across TCGA cell cohorts, CELF6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,794 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CELF6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to amino acid starvation, Cellular response to amino acid starvation, and Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility. Each is linked with CELF6 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CELF6-to-partner and partner-to-CELF6 results are reported.
