CELF3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CELF3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,068 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CELF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are METTL21C, RNA5SP119, and RNU2-23P. Each is linked with CELF3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CELF3-to-partner and partner-to-CELF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CELF3 versus METTL21C in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CELF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CELF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
