Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CELF2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CELF2 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher CELF2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CELF2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA, UCEC, and BLCA are the cancer types where CELF2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
