CELF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CELF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,368 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CELF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WIPF1, ZAP70, and RTN1. Each is linked with CELF2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CELF2-to-partner and partner-to-CELF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CELF2 versus WIPF1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CELF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CELF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
