The most reproducible CELF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CELF2-AS1, ANKRD44, and PPP1R16B. Each is linked with CELF2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CELF2-to-partner and partner-to-CELF2 results are reported.
