Across TCGA patient cohorts, CELF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,022 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CELF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL27, EXOGP1, and FCGBP. Each is linked with CELF2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CELF2-to-partner and partner-to-CELF2 results are reported.
