Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CELF2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CELF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, JNK2, and MEK1. Each is linked with CELF2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CELF2-to-partner and partner-to-CELF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by CELF2-low versus CELF2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CELF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CELF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
