The most reproducible CELF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair, Regulation of RNA stability, and Negative regulation of mRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with CELF2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CELF2-to-partner and partner-to-CELF2 results are reported.
