Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CELF2-AS2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CELF2-AS2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher CELF2-AS2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CELF2-AS2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUSC, KIRP, and KIRC are the cancer types where CELF2-AS2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
