CELF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CELF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,216 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CELF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP419, RNU7-97P, and LINC02304. Each is linked with CELF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CELF1-to-partner and partner-to-CELF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP419 grouped by CELF1-low versus CELF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CELF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CELF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
