Across TCGA cell cohorts, CELF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,008 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CELF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of sister chromatid cohesion, Regulation of DNA repair, and Heterochromatin organization. Each is linked with CELF1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CELF1-to-partner and partner-to-CELF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of sister chromatid cohesion grouped by CELF1-low versus CELF1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
