Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CELA3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,270 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CELA3A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NRP2, PCGF5, and CEACAM5. Each is linked with CELA3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CELA3A-to-partner and partner-to-CELA3A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CELA3A versus NRP2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CELA3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CELA3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
