CELA3A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CELA3A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 976 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CELA3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMAD7, DKK4, and TSPAN12. Each is linked with CELA3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CELA3A-to-partner and partner-to-CELA3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CELA3A versus SMAD7 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CELA3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CELA3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
