CELA3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CELA3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 702 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CELA3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL22P5, TBC1D3H, and TBRG1. Each is linked with CELA3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CELA3A-to-partner and partner-to-CELA3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL22P5 grouped by CELA3A-low versus CELA3A-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CELA3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CELA3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
