Across TCGA cell cohorts, CELA3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CELA3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MORC1, C20orf85, and OR1L4. Each is linked with CELA3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CELA3A-to-partner and partner-to-CELA3A results are reported.
