CELA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CELA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,153 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CELA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1169P, TRDJ4, and RPL23AP27. Each is linked with CELA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CELA1-to-partner and partner-to-CELA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1169P grouped by CELA1-low versus CELA1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CELA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CELA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
