Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CECR9 RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CECR9 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher CECR9 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CECR9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LIHC and BLCA show a favorable association.

LUAD, LIHC, and COAD are the cancer types where CECR9 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
