Across TCGA patient cohorts, CECR7 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CECR7-associated genes across cancer lineages are Memory B-cells. Each is linked with CECR7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CECR7-to-partner and partner-to-CECR7 results are reported.
