CEBPZOS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEBPZOS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,857 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEBPZOS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SF3B3, CFAP36, and UTP15. Each is linked with CEBPZOS in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEBPZOS-to-partner and partner-to-CEBPZOS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEBPZOS→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEBPZOS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
