CEBPZOS

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEBPZOS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,685 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEBPZOS-associated genes across cancer lineages are NAA25, C12orf66, and WSB2. Each is linked with CEBPZOS in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEBPZOS-to-partner and partner-to-CEBPZOS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEBPZOS→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEBPZOS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
