CEBPD

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEBPD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,748 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEBPD-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITPKC, DDX6, and CCL20. Each is linked with CEBPD in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEBPD-to-partner and partner-to-CEBPD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEBPD→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEBPD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
