CEACAMP11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEACAMP11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,219 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEACAMP11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SLK, MAP7D1_S254, and BASP1. Each is linked with CEACAMP11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEACAMP11-to-partner and partner-to-CEACAMP11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CEACAMP11 versus SLK in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEACAMP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEACAMP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
