Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEACAMP11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,596 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CEACAMP11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of pigment granule localization, Regulation of microtubule polymerization, and Cell cycle G1/S phase transition. Each is linked with CEACAMP11 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEACAMP11-to-partner and partner-to-CEACAMP11 results are reported.
