CEACAM8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEACAM8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,445 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEACAM8-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLEC4E, MEFV, and AQP9. Each is linked with CEACAM8 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEACAM8-to-partner and partner-to-CEACAM8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CEACAM8 versus CLEC4E in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEACAM8→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEACAM8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
