Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CEACAM7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CEACAM7 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher CEACAM7 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CEACAM7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, UCEC, and LUSC are the cancer types where CEACAM7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
