CEACAM7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEACAM7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,547 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEACAM7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BCAS1, BCAS1_S399, and EPS8L1_S583. Each is linked with CEACAM7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEACAM7-to-partner and partner-to-CEACAM7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CEACAM7 versus BCAS1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEACAM7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEACAM7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
