CEACAM7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEACAM7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,914 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEACAM7-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYPD2, SCNN1B, and DHRS9. Each is linked with CEACAM7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEACAM7-to-partner and partner-to-CEACAM7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CEACAM7 versus LYPD2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEACAM7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEACAM7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
