CEACAM7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEACAM7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEACAM7-associated genes across cancer lineages are p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, Rictor_pT1135, and 4E-BP1_pT70. Each is linked with CEACAM7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEACAM7-to-partner and partner-to-CEACAM7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182 grouped by CEACAM7-low versus CEACAM7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEACAM7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEACAM7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
