CEACAM6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEACAM6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEACAM6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIG-6, Notch1, and LKB1. Each is linked with CEACAM6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEACAM6-to-partner and partner-to-CEACAM6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIG-6 grouped by CEACAM6-low versus CEACAM6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEACAM6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEACAM6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
