CEACAM6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CEACAM6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,427 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEACAM6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sensory perception of salty taste, Cellular response to alcohol, and Regulation of cytotoxic T cell degranulation. Each is linked with CEACAM6 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEACAM6-to-partner and partner-to-CEACAM6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Sensory perception of salty taste grouped by CEACAM6-low versus CEACAM6-high in STOMACH.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEACAM6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEACAM6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
