CEACAM5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEACAM5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,737 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEACAM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEACAM6, FAM83E, and FOXA1. Each is linked with CEACAM5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEACAM5-to-partner and partner-to-CEACAM5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CEACAM5 versus CEACAM6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEACAM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEACAM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
